Origami for Mindfulness Review & GIVEAWAY

Two mindful activities - one book! It's Origami for MindfulnessColor and fold your way to inner peace with these 35 calming projects by Mari Ono. Her book combines the ancient Japanese art of paper folding and coloring. It comes with 61 sheets of origami paper - including 30 to color. Before folding, color to your taste with pencil crayons or marker. The other 31 sheets are printed with an attractive pattern or solid color on one side. I like the paper's matte finish. There's more than enough paper to complete all of the models in the book. A handy vinyl envelope tucked inside the back cover holds 2 sizes of paper - 59 (6 inch) squares and 2 (6 x 6 1/4 inch) rectangular sheets. The book has step-by-step instructions for 35 origami models. I love the selection! I've folded the heart, frog, card holder, ballon and chocolate boxes. My favorite so far is the chocolate box (shown below). The book cover shows the butterfly project from page 28. All models have a level of difficulty of 1 to 3 stars. I find immersing myself in origami very relaxing. And you get the added reward of a wonderful origami creation. The complete table of contents is listed below. Cico Books released the 128 page paperback ‏on September 20, 2016. Get your copy below!
