The design is from Origami, Plain And Simple, 30 Models by Robert Neale Text by Thomas Hull and published by St Martin's Griffin. Each owl requires one sheet of square origami paper and a few simple folds. I used 6 and 7.5cm squares of rice paper. Tutorial below.
