Learn how to draw nature! New in the Quarto Knows Ten-Step Drawing series this is 10-Step Drawing: Nature: Learn to draw 60 plants & animals in ten easy steps by Mary Woodin. This easy-to-follow guide begins each tutorial with simple shapes - circles, ovals, triangles, etc. The first drawing tutorial is a bird. It is illustrated in 10 steps as suggested by the book's title. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions (both illustrated & text) adding each detail until finished. Go on to the rest of the flora and fauna organized by habitat - forest, coast, meadows and lakeland. Continue in this fashion until you complete all 60 animals and plants. Add color if you wish. Use your choice of medium - for example colored pencil or watercolor. To learn, practice and improve your drawing skills - just add paper and pencil! It's fairly compact dimensions and light weight make it easily portable. The complete table of contents is shown below. Walter Foster Publishing released this 128 page paperback on September 1, 2020.
