Tassels, tassels, everywhere! In 20 to Craft: Tassels by Carolyn Schulz learn how to make tassels using a range of materials and techniques. Tassels are easy to make. The basic technique is explained at the beginning of this book. Projects range from tassel jewelry to home decor. See the complete table of contents listed below.
