Handmade by Deb proudly participated in the BBFG Garden Harvest Dinner. Young and old alike made origami seed boxes led by yours truly. The handmade boxes were filled with seeds from the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens. Participants took these favor boxes home along with planting instructions! The BBFG is one of my favorite places to visit. President, Lynne Taylor works very hard to create the Gardens. The BBFG opened in 2013 and showcases over 250 varieties of rare, endangered, heirloom and world food plants - over 10,000 plants in all, and that's just Phase One.
