This new design is from Origami For Busy People, 27 Original On-the-Go Projects by Marcia Joy Miller, published by Tuttle. If you like modular, fun and decorative origami then this is the book for you! "Readers can select a time slot in their schedule--coffee break, lunchtime, after work... and the author provides a creative and interesting folding project..." It includes 48 sheets of 8" x 8" folding paper designed specifically for each model. Each sheet has a pattern on one side and solid color on the reverse. All projects are classified beginner or intermediate, include the author's comments, paper suggestions, basic techniques and any special instructions. All designs but two, are created by Marcia Joy Miller. My favorites, the Parrot Page Clip, Sea Horse, Floating Star, Morph Ball, Fluted Vase and Name-It Box. Get your copy below!
My sturdy box measures 2.5" x 6" x 1.5", I used two sheets of 12" x 12" foldable craft paper. Shown above, the lid features a label area for writing a greeting or describing the box contents. It makes an ideal gift or storage box.
